Loyalty App

The Loyalty Mobile Application is a Customer Rewards Program that is completely customizable through Stadium management. The Stadium designates the type of rewards, gifts and prizes to be awarded based on a specific number of points. These points are acquired through purchases made throughout the stadium, whether it is at a Stadium 1 POS, through the In-Seat Ordering Application, or through the use of Pre-Loaded Tickets. Points are redeemed in the same manner through the Customer’s Rewards Account. This unique feature has many benefits:

  • Excellent way to grow customer database for targeted marketing
  • Easily track fan’s spending habits
  • Give back to customers by earning points for rewards
  • In-Seat Ordering directly through the application for the ultimate fan experience
  • Load money onto any ticket through the app
  • Alert loyalty customers of deals specific to them

In-Seat Ordering through the Loyalty Application gives fans the ultimate in-game experience by allowing the fan to order food and beverages from any mobile device that will be delivered directly to their seat. Payments accepted through In-Seat Ordering are from either loaded tickets or credit cards.

The Live Team Dashboard allows management to generate reports in real time at the click of a button. Stadium 1 provides a wide range of reporting categories including Inventory, Staffing, Sales, Accounting, Customer Information, Ticketing, and much more. Features of live reporting include:
